pictures of my first scarf
Not bad for a brand new knitter! I used Blue Sky Alpaca Bulky in a light brown, dark brown, and cream color and size 17 plastic Daisy needles. It's my first attempt at branching out beyond swatches, and I think it turned out pretty snazzy.

I think your first scarf is lovely. I adore the colors. It looks similar to my first scarf too. You will be a knitting fiend in no time at all. We all have to begin somewhere. Have a great weekend.
oh man, yr first scarf is SO much nicer than my first one! LOL
i've been knitting since last Dec, so about seven mos. now. sounds like your making great progress. YAY!!!
